An intense yet delicate red wine with notes of blackberries, cherries and mocha, made from two local grapes – Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio – in the shadow of Sicily's Mount Etna. Iconic producer Nicosia ages a portion of the wine in large, old, French oak casks. Serve with pork, tuna or pasta dishes.
